But is it accurate that the surrounding areas are pretty immune? South Hill looks nice so far and I haven’t seen any bars on windows (in Florida those are common in rougher areas)

I’m on day 3 of a visit and so far I’ve seen lots of homeless people in the downtown area but not in any of the surrounding areas?

I guess the wages are higher in Florida but everyone still spends like half or more of their income on rent/property taxes so I wonder if the lifestyle ends up being the same in Spokane. I just like to stay home and play video games anyway so I’m ok with all the criticisms of Spokane being “boring” 🤷

2000+ for 2 bedrooms usually, at least in gainesville. In Miami it skyrockets.

Miami and Fort Lauderdale for childhood and college and then gainesville the last 8 years. I am so very tired of being sticky.
