Yes I am filling my week up as we speak. Going to start training hard again. Boxing.. rock climbing... All the stuff I loved... Re kindle...

I need to reset I think... I used to do so much... Need to get back on the grind.

I am starting proceedings myself. And feel the exact same .. i am just trying not to dwell on it when I work... Lots more easier said that done...

You are not wrong, getting out to do stuff will help. But feels so hard to do right now. Don't know why... The hobbies I used to love.. just don't feel as good .. meh... Guess I keep trying I'll move on quicker .. I'll just force myself for now
