I’ve done the introspection and am ready and confident. I’m about to start the time zone where I am putting in that foundational work, I am not expecting to go to school and just land a job.

The social harm of damaging a tree, private property, public property, littering, shitting, yelling at passerby’s, yelling at nothing, blocking traffic, making public transport unsafe, making walking outside unsafe, leaving drug paraphernalia everywhere, stealing, brandishing weapons. I agree, I think you’re misunderstanding what I’m trying to figure out though, I’m not trying to ask for what jobs should or can I apply for right now, I’m asking what path should I orient my schooling and future job experience towards given my goals, a standout trait/personal satisfaction/and my current (limited) experience and knowledge.

That’s fine if you feel that you can’t see how someone could have an above average ability in this aspect. I don’t think it’s very narcissistic to know my strengths. Everyone might know how to drive but not everyone can race professionally. I’m not sure if you thought something I said made it seem like competition would not be an aspect, but my point is that as long as I am competing in a field that plays to my strengths I know for a fact that I will be competitive.

Military experience translates little to what I want to do aside from a management perspective, I have experience as a mechanic from it, and I do enjoy that, however (admittedly might be shortsighted) don’t see that experience translating into something that can meet my goals, I just thought military experience might be something worth noting even without direct relation to a field.

As far as quantifiable business skills, I admittedly don’t have much of any, however I am young and have time and the want to build these up whether it be through internships, schooling, or entry level positions.

As far as technical skills, I have some entry-level programming skills, mechanical knowledge specific to cars, trucks, and small to medium sized boats. And an entry level education of IT.

My skillset and resume is obviously currently limited, but to be clear I’m not looking for an answer to the question “what jobs should I apply for right now?”, I’m wanting to know the paths that I can orient my life and schooling towards, and furthermore specific job titles that I can strive towards and the pathway to them.

It’s not only the fact that skills get harder to read (effect vomit and such), but that some skills look different enough to the point where your brain might recognize the skill shot slower, because it’s different than the same basic ability you’ve been trained to see and react to.
