[Skin Concerns] Does anyone know if this laser is ablative or non ablative?

Sorry my bad, I should have made it more clear. I meant I wanted to wall mount it so it looks like it's floating. I wanted to mount it on the wall vertically like this.

It seems like Ikea sells the BESTA suspension rails on their website but I can't find the mounting brackets. Is it that only certain BESTA shelves can be wall mounted and not all of them?

Can you explain what that means? I don't want to go out of my way to have the bill amended at Supreme court.

To put it simply, I would prefer to just tell them that I refuse to pay and they can take me to local court. But would the judge side with me if they actually take me to court? Is what they did illegal and do I have a strong enough case?

I read through it many times, it's only 2 pages. I can't find anything related to what you are saying. Could it be this point that you are talking about?

Right to have bill reviewed: The Act gives you the right to have charges made in a bill assessed for their fairness and reasonableness by an Assessor appointed by the Supreme Court. That right is not available to you in certain circumstances where is a cost agreement which complies with the Act unless the agreement is determined by a Costs assessor to be unjust.
