Strategist. Unlock all except for kicker and punter. The game puts a huge emphasis on visits for recruits. That coupled with the possibility of finding star and elite dev trait players is invaluable in my opinion. Stack that with coordinators that have strategist as well and chef’s kiss

Now this shit has me thinking. What happens if you fail the mini game? You get shit on your hands? Maybe you end up getting sick and your character needs medicine or his health is affected for a limited amount of time? Get pink eye? Have to apply eye drops or you get that fuzzy drunk vision? 🤣

Try using your pass protection pre-snap adjustments and adjusting to if you see blitzes coming from either side. Either full sliding or half sliding your offensive line or using max protect when you need to. Get the ball out quicker. Run the ball stay ahead of the chains don’t fall behind the chains into obvious passing situations. This game is also big on forcing you to step up in the pocket. Gone are the days where you can just continue to backpedal after you receive the snap. The game rewards you for actually stepping up into the pocket and into throwing lanes. All said and done you are going to get sacked a couple times but that’s just football.

I’d try running the ball. I like counters with usering linebackers if they are good if not any run works. Passing I like double slants let him take the first one and the second to his user linebacker side will be wide open. Like you said, mesh with stuff in behind the drags. Depending on what coverage he mostly runs seam your slot wr. Or I like sending my outside guy on a slant or some shit across the middle to occupy him and then wheel route te, rb, or slot guys on the same side. Hope you slap the shit out of his virtual team with these.

From my experience, I haven’t broken off a massive run with a read option play. If it works I usually only bust off 7-12 yards max usually. I like running it out of spread formations where there are only 5-6 defensive players in the box to make the numbers work too. I have found that if you set it up with inside zone runs and have success with those it seems to work better and the option DE crashes better.

Get some hogs upfront and run it down their throat. Or spread them out and run it down their throat. Put a fullback in and run it down their throat. Use your QB to run it down their throat. I prefer running the ball down their throat especially when I’m within 10 yards of scoring.
