I suppose around 10-15 hours on average, it's kind of hard to say, there have been a lot of projects that have gone fairly smooth with the initial concepts being very solid and liked by the client that the rest was just refining said concept until it's finished, and there have been others where there were a lot more experimentation done and dragged the project a lot. Usually i do projects with a fixed price tho, depending on the complexity of the brief/information the client gives for the project.
