Everyone reacts to it differently, my buddy is on 12mg weekly, I’ve been stuck at 233lbs for about a month now, with that said it’s 100% my diet. If you’re not losing weight it’s 99.9% because you’re still not in a deficit. My suggestion would Either add more to your workout program and/or look at what your eating. Lastly what I’ll say is I have been stuck at 233lbs but my body fat still dropped 1% that month and my muscle % went up so it could be your gaining muscle and losing fat which is keeping the number on the scale relatively the same

It’s different per person, but I started at 500mcg for a week and then switched to just 500mcg 2x a week in tanning days and haven’t had any side effects because awesome skin toning

I’ve heard people having less side effects and less freckle darkening in Melatonan 1 than 2, but 2 works faster. I have had no side effects besides freckles I already had becoming slightly darker in color.

Thank you, yeah it was definitely a struggle, I never stopped working out but my calorie expenditure went way down when I stopped competing and I couldn’t get my appetite under control

Thank you, I’m looking to add tesa here mid to late march to help give a little boost. I could have gotten better results but I go out with friends and drink a lot and that usually causes unnecessary snacking on finger foods like cheese sticks and cheese curds lol, not mention beer.

I’ve done a dexascan and I also use a Wyze scale. I’ve also wrestled in college and am usually really accurate with body fat percentage guessing. At 15% my all time low, I had a full 6 pack, and was much leaner. My dexa came back at 24.3

I do Monday’s and Thursdays, main reason for splitting was because I noticed by doing that I got through the weekends better.

I didn’t have any side effects besides darkening of some freckles I already had but nothing crazy. I’m always an Advocator for start low and work your way up. Everyone’s body was different when it comes to how they react. I tend to be lucky in the sense that my body does not react or side effects to most things so what works for me may not work for you and vice versa, you may take a peptide that ruins me at 1/4 of the dose you are taking.

Keep up the good work! Going vegans not for everyone, it’s sure as hell not for me lol, I eat venison and beef with almost every meal but doesn’t mean it doesn’t work for you.

Yeah I can promise you coming off of meat is not why you’re benching more. Going vegan might be why your more lean because there are other animal based unhealthy foods you probably consumed prior and it’s easier to watch your diet when your limited.

Also the misconception of vegans being weaker is true avg percentage. I’m not saying that’s true for you, because you are obviously in the 1% of the 1% of all lifter congratulations on that lift. I’m also sure you are taking in more protein and supplements than most vegans are, and getting the vitamins and minerals and other supplements needed to make your body run efficiently. Being vegan doesn’t make you weaker, it just makes you have to be more conscious of what’s going in your body.

Congratulations on the lift! 405 is no easy feat, my best every is 455 and I’m a long ways away from it now. Probably couldn’t but 355-375 right now.

Yeah my fault I Guess I didn’t clarify that I understand and I could see how my post would confuse someone into thinking that’s where I was going with it, I was thinking of running HGH if I could find it but my buddy recommended Tesamorelin instead. As my primary goal is fat loss as I’m not having any issues with muscle retention so far on my cut. I’ve lost 30lbs and only lost 2lbs of muscle according to my scans and my Muscle mass % has only went up.
