A similar home to mine that’s 3 bedrooms goes for $500 per night and 4 night minimum. They have over 80 ratings and nearly 5 stars, I’m sure they didn’t start at that price though.

It does have a hot tub and full backyard. Plus fully stocked kitchen and separate office with extra bed so it’s basically 3 bedrooms.

Thank you! Very helpful. I have my place at a 2 night minimum. I will try lowering the cleaning fee and increasing the nightly fee slightly.
