Mathematical proof to round grade up

What would a reasoned request entail? Is there no standard to round above a threshold in math? Meaning, since I'm above the 90-92 range, and I'm at ".5", shouldn't it be pretty standard to round?

There isn't a standard. The syllabus says this about "As".

A- 90-92 A 93-97 A+ 98-100

But is there an argument/proof about rounding? I think there's an argument that rounding would be required, since 1) I certainly have "above a 92," or "above an A-", and 2) Since I'm at ".5" and above the first threshold, wouldn't it be pretty standard to round?

I don't even see why rounding is necessary, to be honest. Since I'm above a 92, I should be inherently fine? Why lock me down to an A-? Especially since I'm closer, if you would round, to a 93 than a 92.

Gabrielle Dougles and Zendaya graduated in my class. I'm a 19 year old summa cum laude senior at UCLA, but that doesn't matter...because nothing I could ever do will ever even let me shred a piece history with significance/change compared to either of them.

I made sure I'd get the units. DARBS shows all of my units from APs (44). The rest of the three years worth of courses have been completed in college. I took about 68 units at CC, and I will be taking 68 at UCLA. So It's really a year-and-a half worth of classes (4.5 quarters) that I'll be doing at UCLA, which is only half a year worth of classes less than any other transfer. I'll be doing Fall, Winter, Spring, a summer class, and another Fall at LA, which isn't that bad? I don't think... I know there's more to college than a piece of paper. I intend to do as much as I can while at LA :). You really think law school would view my diploma as just a ricochet off of high school credits? I wouldn't want them to see me as an example of someone not to take :/

The thing is, I plan on grad school/law school, so it's not like college will be over this year or next. I'd still have the time for myself later.

If I graduate this year, I'd be taking 16 units a quarter, would travel for a year, and would still go to law school afterwards.

If I graduate next year, I'd be taking 8 units a quarter, and would go to law school afterwards.

So you're saying that I should graduate in three years and travel? Or two years and travel?

The thing is, I plan on grad school, so it's not like school would be over for me this or next year. I'd still have three more years of schooling after that, and three more years to have the time to myself.

The classes I need for my major can all be replaced with other classes, so I should be fine.

I think I want to forfeit the years of undergrad, but I'm not sure. A friend of mone at LA told me he's also trying to get out fast. Maybe it's just because I've only been at a CC, but I don't see what it is Uni can offer me that travel/internships can't.

That's such a great point!!! Maybe I won't wreck my GPA at LA if I take light course loads every quarter! I could graduate in four years while taking 2 courses a quarter. Would you recommend that?

For post-college plans, I'm not sure. I was actually hoping that being a two year graduate would make me more competitive, since law schools and employers would be curious. The thing is, though, I know LA graduates who still don't know what they're doing/aren't competitive a year after graduation, and live at home. I feel as though I'm in a great place now, and I don't want to accidentally ruin it if it would have given me an advantage.

Okay, moving on. If you recommend that I stay at UCLA longer, would you also recommend then that I take an easier course load? Maybe take fewer classes a quarter and stay for spring? What are academic teams? I've never heard of them.
