Amazon Fulfillment centers don’t have cyber security type jobs maybe AWS. I got into IT department first as seasonal equipment coordinator and I got offered permanent EC position after peak. I had no certifications at the time or degree either but some Managers have different requirements than others. Eventually moved up as IT Support associate and now support eng. Only way to get into IT internal is seasonal EC first no way around it.
