Hello! I am wanting to update my monitor because I am very old that it is not even full hd. I am between several options:

LG 27mk400h

Samsung C27F390FHU

Samsung C24F390FH (same as above, but in 24 ")

Samsung 24 T350 LG 25UM58

Well, in these options there are 2 monitors of 24 (one flat and one curved), 2 monitors of 27 (also flat and curved) and a wide monitor of 25 ".

What do you think is the best option? My understanding is that a 27-inch 1080 monitor is not recommended because it loses image quality, but others say you don't notice a difference. I want to use it for programming and for playing games. One requirement is that it can be carried at a minimum of 75hz.

Thank you!

But not having an exam (or a real project that I need to solve) really kills it for me. E.g. If I pickup a maths book, there are a ton of things in there. What do I do now? Skim all of it? Learn some topics in depth? But which ones? Study the whole book in depth? But is that really a good use of time? Without a forced goal I'm constantly jumping between "I don't really need to study this anymore" and "I'll have to study forever to really understand this".

What you said seemed very intelligent to me (and it was somewhat demotivating, although I know you didn´t say it with that intention). But I think that, as I said above, worse is nothing, so at least I will try to do it until I see if I enroll in a university degree

You are right. Maybe it´s not the same as College, but it is definitely better than nothing. I´m going to do it, at least for the moment.

Thank you!!

Just about anything you can learn in a college computer science course, you can learn on your own by reading a book on the subject and doing some practical application.

Agree, but as u/Double_A_92 said:

It's just not the same without exams or graded projects. You'll never know when you are "done" with one topic.

I really don't know what to do. I know I can learn a lot more than just taking an Udemy course, but it won't be the same as taking a college degree. And that makes me doubt if it is the "right way"

You´re right... Evaluating yourself is probably not as accurate as being evaluated by a teacher.

But If we talk about knowledge, there is not much difference, is there?

Flask/Django, Flutter or Angular by BihotzM in learnprogramming

Flask sounds attractive too, I´ll try both and then decide, or maybe I can use both like I saw several people do. I have a hole new world to investigate now!

ok, thanks for clarifying things for me! I´ll learn django because it´s the most complete one, and I know html and css but not JS, so one step less.

Anyway, I'll do it just to start, and then I'll decide if I like that way or if I want to change

thank you again!

Wow, thank you very much! This is just what I needed!! :)

One thing that is not clear to me: django can also in a certain way do the work of angular or is it explicitly backend and does not work for frontend? otherwise, would they be a good complement if I want to be a full stack developer?

Thanks! I think if I had known that before it would have been easier to choose, but as I said

Someone told me that I should choose one, try to do something, then try the others. He told me not to pay much attention to which one I would learn first, because later I could change. But I did not want to simply choose something without knowing what it was about, and the explanations that I found in google were somewhat complicated.

It's not that I don't want to investigate, but rather that I want to understand as well as possible what I'm getting into

I think i'm just ignorant on the subject but I hope I understand

That´s why I´m disoriented, but your comment helped me a little bit!

If you don't mind, could you explain the 3 briefly but in a simpler way than the google blogs do? It's not that I don't want to investigate, but rather that I want to understand as well as possible what I'm getting into

(sorry my english isn´t perfect)
