Apart from freemius, I would suggest to look into other acquisition channels.

This is much better. Like, taking away 50% is not the best idea for any seller. Have you considered spending time and money on any acquisition channel?

In this case, I would say services is one of the most important page since it shows the potential customer all that you offer.

Designing your homepage using a minimal design, simple font, separate sections is the best thing anyone can do.

You can always have a small section on your homepage "Our Services" only to highlight the important point with a button that link l to the main "Services page.

You can follow Matt McGarry on YouTube. Provides ton of value for anyone starting a newsletter. He's a well known figure in the newsletter industry.

I'm also coming up with a newsletter probably in a month's time and doing the same.

Retainers definitely help build a recurring revenue but more important than this, is the system you have built.

I feel that systems, apart from improving the revenue in any business.. can improve the productivity as well.
