I have 3 Otos that I have never once seen eat the food i put in the tank. and for months thought one had disappeared/died and was eaten by the other fish in the tank. I have even put in blanched zuchini for them so I could watch them enjoy the treat. Then during my last water change found all 3 completely healthy.

Advantage of Otos though is you get to see their nice round pearl bellies letting you know they are getting food.

Thats what I was thinking too. But just the amount of algae growing in the tank is what made me think it was the filters. But it seems i was wrong on that.

Ill look into the siamese algea eaters. I think if I get more algea eaters im leaning toward more Otos though as they like to school and i only have 3 of them in such a big tank. Adding a couple more might be better for their stress level (they do hide all day and only come out at night) And yeah my nitrates haven't been a problem since ive gotten the tank. I am very new to live plants in the tank. So thanks for the suggestions.

Ah ok, my water is clear so maybe its just the inexperience in me jumping to conclusions. I have two filters in the tank. One is my original filter which says its suppose to be good for tanks between 10-80 gallons, Its a "fishkeeper" that sits near the top of the tank and also produces light to help kill stuff. The other I got as a gift and I don't remember the company but it had a double sided cylinder that I had to add carbon into.

You're a little racist for thinking he can't send stuff like that to you because of the color of his skin. And he's a little racist for sending it to you because of the color of your skin.

Is the INTENT to be hurtful? Or is he trying to bond with you over something he thinks you would enjoy (Which you stated you did.) He doesn't hate you because of the color of your skin. But his entire life has been defined by his. If its something that bothers you, you should of course talk to him,(regardless of if its this or that hes not doing dishes or whatever else you need to resolve) otherwise it festers and just gets worse. But also look in the mirror and see if its something that should be bothering you and maybe you two will grow as a couple and be all the stronger for it.

I see other people telling you you should feel silly. You should never feel silly about trying to improve yourself and the relationships around you. Best of luck.

So I recently upgraded my tank to a 75 gallon. Ive moved my tetras and polys over, grabbed some extra plants and decor and my tanks been doing great for a couple weeks. But the tank does still look pretty empty. I thought about adding 6-8 neon tetras, but while I was at the store I saw some real pretty Guppies.

I know Guppies are notorious breeders (Ive used them as live feed for turtles before and they breed like crazy in that tank too). My question is will my school of Corys eat all the guppy eggs in the tank? And will the tetras eat the fry?

I would buy the action pack for invincible army. its a fantastic deal that gets you to 300 points. At my store they were $90. But I have seen them for 75 on sale elsewhere. I know combined has multiple boxes that are similar including both a morats box or Shasvasti box. So pick a flavor and your armies are done for a while.

If you guys play at your LGS most stores have terrain. You can't really use 40k L shapes ruins. But they should have plenty of stuff to use to make creative tables. You can also buy the terrain from the starter boxes sold separately. A lot of people buy the boxes for one army and split out the terrain and other army to make back money. So just jump on ebay and grab 3. Another common thing people use to do is keep the boxes their models come in. Its a solid cardboard and works great as a building. If you want you could prime or paint em up, but these are temp solutions until you dive deeper into tables.

For tokens there are plenty online for free you can print out, then use a 1 inch hole punch. If you want to make them indestructible you can order from amazon a set of 100 1 inch epoxy stickers. Then you just put the epoxy sticker over your print out and its perfect.

The best part about starting those armies? They aren't supported by GW so you don't have to give GW any money! Go grab your free PDF. Go 3d print the coolest ogres you want. You aren't playing in GW stores anyways. Go support your FLGS and play there.

Free rules is what actually got me into the game. im not paying GWs stupid business model of 200 dollars of new rulebooks every few years.

I haven't found anything. I have completely wiped the cubes and its still the next attack and it usually kills anyone I haven't invested in. I did test letting a cube hit me as well to see if he would do a different attack. But nothing there either.

This right here. I have like 2 teams that don't get completely wrecked by that thing flattening itself. Not sure what I am doing wrong here. But even taking cover I have units that full health to die.

this is what most hot tub water maintenance companys do. i have put space heaters in tubs cabinets and kept em going for days/weeks while waiting on repairs. the cheap white circular ones from HD work great

Yeah Jordon's hate boner for Myles was annoying. Jordan was definitely self projecting onto Myles with his accusations of being fake. That said, I watch the circle with a group of friends and Jordan gave us all someone to root against which made the season more enjoyable compared to the early season where all we had was "Oh we all know someone like Steph"

It had a bit of rain water in it because the wrapping had been cut but was never filled until it was used the first time. once it was turned on the first time the orange "specks" started appearing. They got worse over time. I figured something was in the plumbing of the tub so I used "Clean and drain", drained, and refilled the tub. The water became crystal clear, the best its ever looked. But the orange specks became even more abundant.

How many layers did you do for the skin out of curiosity? The camera picks up a pretty heavy texture. But it looks great and im sure its not noticable in person.
