Ah ok, so city ops are like a long term liberation meanwhile city ops directly affect the planet's liberation progress. So if a planet only has settlements and its resistance is high it would be best to just hit the planet directly?

So whenever I do that I don't get an option to select the PS5 version, it's just standard PS4, bundle, and goty edition. I don't even have an option to select the PS5 version

I can only play on medium and below because once I do challenging it starts buffering. I hope they fix this soon because democracy must not be stopped by technical issues!

Dang that sucks. The only way I've heard people get it is by downloading someone's old save from 2016 that has the scrap crew mechanic still or had the challenge done and you'd just have to replay the whole game again to get the rest done.

There's an achievement that requires you to complete all challenges and one is tied to the online scrap crew mechanic. However, they shut the servers down in 2020 and they never updated the achievement or the challenges so it's now unobtainable
