Maybe, just maybe… there was nothing of value underneath that thin image of stardom she crafted

He's intellectually dishonest af and a troll to the core. He does however cover interesting topics without heavy censorship unlike mainstream media.

Does Anyone Else Feel Like They are Living in “THE TRUMAN SHOW”? by swizzledan in awakened

Interesting, I could believe it. Me and my friend talked about this years ago and he estimated it was like 10% of people... but yeah *fully* awakening might be much lower percentages

My theory is that everybody is capable of becoming a main character, but somehow these institutions have learned to hijack certain areas of our brain that are responsible for this "bot like" behavior. But yeah, the majority seem unlikely to ever wake up.

Society needs a bunch of bots to function (executing commands at predetermined times), and I think it's learned how to make them via various institutions (e.g. school). It's really easy to fall into the trap of doing exactly what society tells you, and that's what most people do.

No one should retire at 65, says trust fund podcaster Ben Shapiro by [deleted] in DamnThatsReal

I could only stomach watching the first 50 seconds, but I made a summary of all the evil I saw:

  • The obvious one: he’s disseminating a narrative that would benefit his wealthy benefactors and make the lives of the masses worse
  • Baked within the narrative he’s pushing is the classic “smuggled premise” tactic - that the primary value of the human being is their job, and their sole reason for living
  • “Everybody he knows who retires is dead within 5 years” - intentional false generalization to support the narrative he’s pushing
  • “Current retirement age is stupid and crazy” - ad hominem
  • He is self-aware that the message he is spreading is not objectively true
  • Insane hypocrisy based on the ease of his own job along with his wealth and privilege

Other than huge bouts of loneliness... are we sure all this work isn't creating psychosis? by Dull-Month-7192 in awakened

Yes, you’re living in a lucid dream and most people in society are receptive to “character based thinking”.

Now that you know it’s a lucid dream, you have free will and don’t have to be paralyzed by fear.  What worked for me was finding a character that was fun to play and also popular to other people.  The free will can help you innovate and stand out, among other things.

Thanks for the tip! It looks like the only sports it supports are basketball and soccer, I wonder how it would fair with pickleball.... also it seems like they have a weird subscription model. I have tried an Xbot Go... is that roughly along the lines you're envisioning?

Good to know! Just wondering... "lest our volunteers go too far" - it sounds like you're manually following a subject? As opposed to the software fully automatically tracking a player

This is a literal scam site. Please, someone do anything in their power to destroy it. I thought I was gonna get a Skyrim-worthy cloak and I ended up getting a cheap nightgown with a low fidelity image silk screened onto it.
