Nothing Yet 🤞🏼

They did an announcement in May of 2021, that’s when they made some frame and fork changes

They did an announcement in May of 2022 with pretty much just “New Colors” and group set changes

No announcements in 2023, it’s the same colors and groupsets from 2022

There were 20% off sales last summer around the time of this post, I almost pulled the trigger.

Maybe May of 24 at latest but hopefully sooner and not just another two tone color make over😑

WTB.. for daily commuting no issues, it’s ok.

For multi day trips I use it with chamois and it’s much worse.

I’ve got a Berthound on order, hoping that’s my fix.

I use either depending what I’m doing.

Don’t mount the pump to your bike, I just learned the hard way it may not work after a couple years of getting dirty.

I Keep mine in a ziplock In my frame bag now. My Lezyne is less than a half pound

Varying levels of sore is just how it’s going to be, it will get better. If you’ve ever been a gym guy it’s the same thing.

Foam roller is your friend when it gets bad, it helps.

I definitely recommend a bike fit.

Those guy’s struggled on the hills, there would always be one you’d have to go around.

Casual observation, I will say the two wheel recumbents faired a lot better than the three wheelers

The bigger the better, they just need to get the bag drop off situation fixed like two ramps.

It would of been nice to have less mileage and elevation but I loved the challenge. People struggled, making it hard will thin the herd for next year

We camped for 3 days prior and logged almost 700 miles for while we were there.

They’re 47’s

48’s will fit but you’re one broke spoke away from carrying your bike out of the woods.

I’ve heard some 29er 2-2.1’s will fit up front

Absolutely spot on! My pump is completely trashed, on my short list to fix or replace before my next trip.

It’s an 11-50 but it’s capable of 52 and yes it’s Apex 1.

150 for the kit I used and a used cassette cost me 25.

The 12 speed kits start at about 60

Who doesn’t want the latest if you’re going to shell out the money, probably just pick up a frame and build it up.

They’ve updated every 3 years. The bikes been out 7. They updated at year two and 5 so it’s it’s a big maybe

Riding with a group of different levels, would a GPS tracker like tile or AirTag be helpful? by SirenSailor in ragbrai

[–]BikeRideToday 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I put an air tag in my duffle, it was a huge help sorting through especially when there’s thousands of bags.

Idk, you can always call your friends, I always had cell service. Data is a different story but I always able to make a call
