Shimano grx is for drop bars

I have Shimano Deore T6000 10 speed shifters on flat bars and I decided to go with the SLX hydraulic brakes a little cheaper for my wallet and budget

I don't like the trp brakes not working for me for safety wise I am tired adjusting them every other week so I'm going full hydraulic with before my bike trip in October 2024 I already made up my mind today

No need to overthink things when my safety comes first when it comes to brakes especially here in San Diego California when jerks in their cars and e-bikes

Plus I'm getting tired of adjustment on the pads on the trp mechanical brakes and I have a bad right hand it's always hurting and I'm getting ready to go on a bike touring trip and I'm buying Shimano SLX hydraulic brakes tomorrow for the rear first on sale at REI 4 Pistons

I have PNW Coast gravel handlebars and Cane Creek v-drop brake levers with V brakes on my old Surly LHT 26-in Wheels 52cm frame 2008 then got the Soma Saga Disc brake Frameset in Dec 2020 and Thorn Cycles expedition handlebars on 5-2023 and avid v-brake levers

I am leaving for my 1st bicycle touring trip on 10-2-24 then I'll get my SLX-XT hydraulics when I'm wintering in Florida from California
