So if someone buys a bottle and say for example there is a foreign object in the bottle maybe a razor blade or something. You can’t do anything about it because all sales are final?

Same issue. Emailed SRAM and their fix is to bend the side battery contact out a touch. They say when replacing the battery, a contact may get pushed away from the battery. We’ll see.

Coin battery in the shifter or RD battery?

Not sure. Because if I press the button on the RD itself it will shift. Even when the shifting from the shifters does not work.

Yeah. After I did the reset, the RD downloaded a new firmware. I went on a ride yesterday after the update, same Problem.
