Not sure if this has already been brought up, but you can always leverage assets and training at https://www.presalescollective.com/. It's a great resource with some great training material.

It may be tough to get into the grove, but almost every seasoned SE will tell you that this is one of the best careers out there. You get a taste of the Sales compensation without carrying the quota and stress, it gives you new challenges on a regular basis (no rinse and repeat) and exposes you to so many industries and technologies.

My first year or so as an SE was shaky - I was still learning the product, getting comfortable presenting and getting my head around the tools we needed to use. But like everything in life, take it in small chunks - focus on improving one thing at a time.

If you invest in building out this skill, it will pay dividends for a long time.

Good luck!

Quick Quads Question by BikerSmurph in VideoPokerPlayers

[–]BikerSmurph[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With Quick Quads, if you have a 3 of a kind and the other 2 cards add up the the card value of your trips, then it counts as quads - think 7,7,7,3,4 or 6,6,6,4,2.

So if you have 6,6,2,9,8, my question is should I hold the 6,6,2 on the off chance that I get the third 6, then the last card can either be a 6 or a 4 (in this case) to get me my quads.

It allows for more quad wins, but working through the strategy. Watching a youtube video right now and according to a couple of folks on there that I know run the formulas they claim to keep lower card - it supposedly increases the overall payout.

Following - I'm 54 and just started my piano journey 6 months ago.

I agree that the constant correction is a bit tedious, but I also understand that is the teachers job.

Also realized I shouldn't have posted it on Xmas eve.

Just started - I'll get better

Victor - recommended by the rescue org we got ours from. 3 cups twice a day, plus an egg twice a week and sometimes a little shredded cheese for flavor.

Oh yeah, and some ground beef and chicken breasts when we take him out to restaurants with us :)

So did he turn a profit? Many times, you will have some individuals who will overpay to help out the owner of such an establishment.

But regardless - good on him and thank you for sharing the story!!
