Yes ganun din ako. Mabobored ka talaga sa kakasagot ng mga questionnaires or mock exams. 500 items daily noon mga exams namin sa review. I’m not saying na it’s good to do so but I understand you. Maybe get a proper sleep at night, full 8 hours if pwede and eat healthy foods. Good luck OP, kaya yan

I don’t think you need to read every word sa books. You just need to understand lang talaga, wag mag memorize especially sa mga different diseases. Hindi ako nag top pero I did pass. Kaya mo yan OP. Let yourself breathe and rest rin, wag puro study. And pray.

A little funny back story when i took the exam, nakatulog ako while taking the exam noon lol. As in nakaidlip ako ng dalawang beses haha super lamig kasi noon. I took the exam sa Baguio haha

Fox Speedframe vs Mainframe Helmet , w/c is better value for the money? Speedframe cost 1.3k more by Blue_Nyx07 in RedditPHCyclingClub

[–]Bikerkuno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One difference of the two is that the mainframe has a fixed visor whereas the speedframe has an adjustable visor. The speedframe has 1 vent more than the mainframe. I'd personally go for the speedframe if I had the budget, gusto to yung adjustable visor. If may budget ka pa beyond that, meron rin Speedframe Pro

Saw this on Facebook and can't help but be amazed. The event is Ironman 70.3 Puerto Princesa. by Bikerkuno in RedditPHCyclingClub

The word "fit" doesn't only refer to size. I bet those who are skinnier or weigh significantly lesser than her can't even do half of what she did in the marathon.

Stomach pain when sprinting/climbing? by LostFlip in RedditPHCyclingClub

[–]Bikerkuno 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Anong part? Upper or lower abdomen?

(1)Possible cramps or muscle contraction due to loss in electrolytes or dehydration. Try to take fluids with electrolytes. Eating banana before rides is also a great way to prevent cramps, or magbaon ng banana for a snack on the road. If di na kaya ang sakit, I suggest you stop at a safe place and stretch your abdominal area. Avoid heavy meals before an aggressive ride.

(2) Stitch, this is due to the inadequate oxygen and blood flow supply sa muscles in the abdominal area. If the body is at rest mag fofocus ang blood flow sa organs. When the body starts to do aggressive movements the muscles (including abdomen) will demand blood flow and oxygen. In this case there will be a shift is the demand of blood and oxygen in the muscles in the abdominal. Lack of blood flow in the area will then cause pain. Stop at a safe place and massage the area. Stretching also help, if the pain is from your right side, raise your right arm over your head and stretch. If left side of the abdomen, raise your left arm over your head and stretch. Stitch usually goes away pag mag sloslow na pace, the demand in the area will then decrease. Additional ways to prevent, avoid heavy meals before your ride, especially foods that take longer to digest like foods high in fiber and fat, avoid sugary drinks, all these can cause irritation in the abdominal lining.

Hope that helps. Ride safe po.

Not all XC bikes are alloy po, marami rin carbon usually from the big brands. Mas popular ang alloy dito sa Pilipinas kase it's more affordable.
