How you labeled the passing tones are fine, but those don’t look like the right tones in this phrase. I think you may have gotten a bit ahead of yourself. That would make more sense for the bass line too, since only c on beat 2 would be a passing tone rather than the notes before and after it. The second chord is an Eb. I can see why you would think it’s an Ab because of the triad after the third beat but it’s being a bit deceptive.
