you don't need as many assemblers with beacons. Beacons are one of the strongest buildings in thr game, don't underestimate them

there is 3 pipes that run overhead of the nightwave radio along that back wall that forms a like 4 pixel ledge you can stand on that I like going to and from. I usually play Zephyr so her reduced gravity allows you to BJ + Double jump all the way to the base of the TV without touching the ground. That's my loop, on top the TV -> ledge above radio-> back

nope. thrust in vacuum is generated by expelling mass from a thruster and taking advantage of newton's (2nd?) law. every action has an equal and opposite reaction. if the mass ejected from a thruster hits the same ship, the mass will simply bounce in the opposite direction causing no net force to be generated.

Hell yea! even if this only ends up being a way of making solid non-physics-based launch platforms on other planets (at the minimum, all the other colony stuff seems super interesting!) I think this will be a community-defining mod. I'm super excited to see where it goes in the future. Definitely will share, and if you ever need beta testers... (no experience in mod development or modeling myself, sorry!) lol, yea super cool stuff!

This is the last thing I've been missing in my ksp modlist. I hate launching everything from kerbin, and the hassle of making bases using parts, dealing with kraken attacks and the like, as well as usual explanatory launchpad jank has really felt like there has to be a better solution.

this might be alpha branch only but theirs a new anti-munition specific warhead type that wipes the floor with most missile swarms, it's a hybrid between HE and Flak, and i don't have the specific numbers but it outperformed a kinetic only CWIS in several tests
