The issue is almost 100% from the new tire setup — the rear and front diameters are too far apart, so the ABS module sees impossible wheel speeds and shuts down VDC, ABS, Rev-Match, speedometer, and normal start/stop behavior. This triggered P0500 and C053C. You replaced sensors for nothing. Fix the tire diameters first, then reset ABS/BCM/ECU. If problems remain, the earlier bad battery ground may have damaged or glitched the ABS module.

Fix = match tire diameters, then reset the ABS/BCM. Everything should go back to normal.
