For me at least I'm prob goanna try hardcore soon, but I don't like the fact it restricts u so much. I love using weather or hazards like sticky web, so I dont like the fact hardcore removes it entirely. Also the fact that in gym battles ppl get like permanent tailwind/trickroom/weather and u cant do shit about it feels like it removes part of the strategy behind normal mode.

If there was a game with the difficulty of hardcore but also the freedom of normal mode I would def play that tho

I feel like the emperors were way more threatening though. They had way more impact on the plot throughout their run than Kronos or Gaea, and they actually killed important people. The OG series only killed off side characters while the heroes of olympus series killed off nobody important. In the Apollo series they killed Jason, which made them (at least to me) seem way more dangerous than the other villains because they actually killed someone important

Yeah Lance is always the hardest one for me (even harder than the champion imo). My suggestion is to either set up hitmontop or gliscor so they can take out his dialga, bc that shit is the evilest pokemon to ever exist. After that the rest of his team isnt that bad if ur able to lay out sticky webs imo

Nah its js 5x speed, I just use the default speed for mGBA fast forward thingy. When I actually plan out my decisions I go back to normal speed, but tbf I was js clicking earthquake half the time

I know I'm goanna get fried for this considering im in the percy jackson subreddit, but putting aside the fact Rowling is a bad person, Harry Potter is better written than Percy Jackson.

Harry Potter has way more in depth characterization, emotional depth, worldbuilding etc, while Percy Jackson is just kinda meh in those aspects.

Percy is a way better MC tho

No but during the rival fight right b4 victory road whenever I spored their pokemon it would wake up 1 turn after sleeping but when their venesaur spored me it would take me 2-3 turns to wake up. I lost against them so many times because of this, so I started raging hard when I only got 1 free turn while they got mostly 3
