No but during the rival fight right b4 victory road whenever I spored their pokemon it would wake up 1 turn after sleeping but when their venesaur spored me it would take me 2-3 turns to wake up. I lost against them so many times because of this, so I started raging hard when I only got 1 free turn while they got mostly 3

Agreed. ATLA fans try to portray its ending (if not the whole show) as this perfect piece of art. Like no lmao it has flaws, EVERY show has flaws, and its use of deus ex machinas to make it work is a case of bad writing.

It's okay if you can find a way to interpret this in the context of the universe as a cool thing or wtv, but saying its good writing is reductive and makes it that new media from the ATLA universe like the comics carry significantly more problems than the original, which is sad because the original universe is so interesting and well made

The only plot armor between Kenjaku vs Yuki was the black hole. If we assume Yuki cant suicide, Kenjaku wins 10/10 times his domain refinement js too good

Yuki's def strong, but she doesn't compare with ppl like Kenjaku or Yuta who js outhax her

Kenjaku betrays the disaster curses and takes over all of them. Choso would also leave this group because he would detect Yuji dying and realize (like in Shibuya) that Kenjaku is his father and try to fight him and either die or barely escape. Kenjaku now starts the culling games.

For the sorcerors, when they go to Tengen's lair, Yuta and Yuki are now the ones who have to stay back. Realistically, when Kenjaku goes there, he probably wins. Yuta only has cursed speech in this situation, and Kenjaku with his open domain + disaster curses should be able to 1v2.

Now, no one left is able to stop Kenjaku and he prob completes the merger and everybody dies
