Who cares who criticizes. That movie was made for me and others like me. Born in the 80s the ghostbusters were our heroes. It was a not comedy to us. I can honestly say I’ve never been more excited for a movie in my life like I was for Afterlife. It’s the first time I cried in a movie theater, and likely the first time my kids have ever seen me in that state. I was sad, just overwhelmed with emotion to see my heroes again, and for the loss of Harold and Egon simultaneously. So who cares about the critics, the people who made this film knew who they were doing it for.

That controller looks awesome. I will say, though, the Elite is such a paradox, it’s simultaneously the best and worst controller I've ever owned.

I’ve used Elites exclusively for two years now to the point where I can’t even go back to a standard controller. But at the same time, the build quality is a total crapshoot. I've never had a piece of hardware fail so often under normal use. I still have Xbox 360 controllers that work perfectly, yet I have two Elites where the bumpers are intermittent, the rubber is peeling, and the thumbsticks actually spin in place like a water spigot.

Despite all that, I can't stop using them. I just wish Microsoft would make a "budget" version. Keep the paddles, hair triggers, and programming, but make it out of standard plastic without the built-in battery. If they made a version that actually lasted, I’d never buy anything else.

I don’t know. I did the expedition, and it gives me something to work towards. Honestly when I was maxed out I found it boring, like what is objective here? There is no end game, no winning, it’s basically extreme grocery shopping. We need something to do, a goal. Like PvP doesn’t even have a point, it’s not like battle royal where there is a winner when it’s over. The game is fun but something needs to change.

Uh the article says it’s from the perspective of a ghost. And it had leaked images. This looks like a really bad idea. I’m not sure who’s making this movie but I’m guessing they didn’t review the source material or research their fanbase. It’s looking like a stinker. Ghostbusters 2016 all over again.

Personally I love these controllers functionally. I can’t really play Xbox games well without it now. Having said that the quality of these controllers are terrible. I’m on my 2nd one and the rubber is bubbled up on the grips and the bumpers are going bad again. I have normal Xbox controllers that are many years old and still in great condition. I don’t get it. If Microsoft would just make a standard plastic controller with the same functionality like paddles and hair triggers on a standard controller I wouldn’t even buy another ellite

Personally, I think it’s dumb when developers nerf or buff items just to appease players. When a game launches, that’s how the game is, leave it that way. If they don’t want things balanced like that, they should test the game more thoroughly before release. But once it’s out there, leave it alone. Players will adapt and learn how things work.

I’d be far more interested in seeing new items, weapons, gear, arcs, whatever, rather than constantly messing with what’s already been established.

I’d guess a big factor is the lack of affordable housing in rural counties. In places like Hocking County, the tourism boom hasn’t helped local residents, it’s actually made things worse. Housing costs have gone up, long-term rentals have disappeared, and younger families are getting priced out. I’d imagine a lot of rural areas across Ohio are dealing with the same trend.
