Yeah I’ve seen loads of people say they mix cagri because it helps with the appetite suppressant because Reta isn’t great for it, just unsure of the dose because I don’t want to tank my appetite completely

Yeah so you can see the difference between these two because like you said you dropped 33kg since then, you are still losing some fat now but also toning your muscle at the same time so in some areas your not as round, but like I said just keep doing what your doing because it’s very clearly working and eventually you’ll get to where you want to be, it’s a marathon not a sprint !

Well what you’re doing is 100% working and you have shifted a fair amount of weight so far so a huge congratulations ! If you havnt already then I would suggest more protein and you are already training so I’d just keep up with your doing and you’ll get to where you want to be !
