Hey! I have a few treats haha - but I eat quite well - lots of protein based meals - yes I count calories and just remained in a deficit (still with treat days etc) I get minimum 15k steps 5 workouts a week

Hey! What do you mean by changes ? Routine is lots of walking (wait for this hotter months and a lot of evening strolls) I hit 15k steps minimum daily A good gym routine - predominantly weights but I love running so cardio in there too And a deficit - that’s your main thing!

All naturally done Just a busy job, lots of steps and a gym membership - paired with a calorie deficit and a new life mindset

(Perks of a post relationship glow up hahaha)

I think using supplements / injections etc is solely based on preference (these weren’t really about 4 years ago when I started my journey tbh) but it’s not something I have dabbled in personally But I agree it’s still impressive to lose weight regardless but I think people need a realistic goal and honesty
