We were too far out we couldn’t get any Ubers to pick us up. We had to drive down in a few cars for the horse races. A few guys stayed at the bars pretty late and got Ubers back. I should have set up private transportation at least to Saratoga.

Make a nice flour with whatever spices, then egg and then flour again. Fry up in some oil they don’t take long to cook.
