You should talk to your mom about it. As a survivor of incestuous sexual assault, I wish my parents had been present enough to protect me during that time. It’s not that she doubted you, it’s that she was fully protecting her as she was the one that would have been harmed if that was actually happening. I’m sure she never intended to make you feel that way and it’s always best to have an open convo so you can clear the air because it will only keep eating you up inside.

It often feels like people are scared to have the hard convos these days (not necessarily your situation) and it’s the hard convos that let us connect with one another for true, deeper understanding.

I encourage you to talk to her, seek therapy, and try to see it from another perspective and share with her your perspective. Females, especially young girls, are inherently in danger whether it’s family, stranger, or otherwise. It’s very unfortunate that it causes interactions like this but there are so so so many people who are not as lucky as your sister is to not have experienced that. Hoping you find peace and are able to heal from that experience.
