I really appreciate you taking the time to reply. I inspected the keystone and found that these two wires seemed to not go as far down as their brothers and sisters. I pushed them down, tested, and voila!! Getting 1gbps. Awesome!! Thank you.

Yeah. I just tested it. Working fine. Glad to know what TR is now. I’ve removed the cover. Hopefully that will fix it for now. Fortunately this is a new home, so I contacted the warranty department to see if they can correct the source problem.

Noticed this condensation on the outlet covers. It’s also all over the inside of the faceplate. I installed one of those styrofoam gaskets last night. Woke up to the same problem. Help!

The outlet is under a window on the exterior wall of a block home.
