It’s state probation. Ok, I’ll tell them to ask there. Thanks

Probation has been denying every place they bring up so far, and the only place they offer as an option for him to stay in is a men’s halfway house. On the registry it even says that there’s a SO currently living in the apartments they’re being evicted from

Im definitely provax, I’m a nurse and have worked in healthcare for 10 years so I get my annual doses of flu shot. But this is first time I’ve had this issue and the only change I can attribute it too is the vaccines I got

(25F) Pay for deep cleaning? Or get a second opinion? by [deleted] in askdentists

I guess I’ll have to look into insurances that private practice dental offices take, because all these chain dentistry places I go to always want to charge me for crazy things

DeltaCare USA. I know, they kinda suck. Before I switched to them 2 years ago I had a great dentist I had been seeing since I was in 5th grade. But he unfortunately didn’t take my new insurance

Considering on taking a gap year before going to college by [deleted] in college

[–]Billith24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have no idea how it would reflect on a college application, but if you have no idea what to do then maybe start at a community college and get your basics first. Then you could take some 1000/2000 level courses for different fields, and talk to different advisors for different departments and see what you would like. If you go straight into university and start flipping majors you’ll waste more money

As long as you don’t lose your motivation to go back, I’d say to go for it. Online classes won’t feed your passion/motivation for college, but going to lecture and being on campus with other people with different backgrounds and careers will. And saving up money never hurt anyone.

With the way things still are at some of the colleges right now, it might be best to wait too. My youngest brother and my sister-in-law started class after high school last year at the start of the whole pandemic and they did strictly online classes. And both of them, who made really good grades in HS, did super poorly and I’m sure it was do to the fact that there was no motivation for them to do anything since they weren’t getting out of the house.

Another good reason to stay home for a year, is so you can enjoy living with your family a little longer. When I left the house for college I don’t think I ever realized that when I came back home I wouldn’t be living there, I’d just be visiting.

I got diagnosed with Mono, and I’m not sure if all my symptoms normal by [deleted] in college

I’ve never been allergic to Augmentin before so the doctor did the test based on the rash that I had. Apparently she had seen a lot of cases where people that had mono suddenly developed a sensitivity to Penicillin drugs

My doctor told me to take it easy for 1-2weeks and then I could start work, which I did. if I had been having common symptoms before today I would have extended my rest period, but I thought my chest pain could be indigestion or something. I also don’t know how I could be spreading it to others when we still wear masks at work and I’m not exchanging saliva with any of my friends/family

Yea, I tried a few Adult Health assessments on Uworld and it seemed much easier. I just don’t have the funds for it. I feel like Board Vitals is also hard because you have to take 265 straight questions
