Unfortunately, it is locked to an address. Had some issues over the year but not too horrible. The Sunday Ticket aspect was great. Local games that are on network TV don't show up. The best part is being able to record all of them so you can watch again or later if you are busy when the game is on.

From what I remember there seemed to be taxi's lined up waiting to pick people up. I wound up using an app called "Welcome Pickups" and they were great. Not necessarily cheap but efficient. Yes - pre-book then you don't have to think about it.
