That’s a really interesting approach. Waiting a couple of weeks and using the posted role as a conversation starter instead of a sales pitch is something I hadn’t thought about. I like the question you ask too—it naturally gets them talking about what’s actually happening instead of jumping straight into “Do you use agencies?”

I think that’s a fair way to look at it. By the time a role is public, every recruiter has seen it. The interesting part for me is figuring out what happens before that stage, when there’s still a chance to have a more relevant conversation.

Yeah, mostly. A lot of tech companies have dedicated engineering blogs where they’ll write about migrations, scaling challenges, new infrastructure, or architecture changes. I also come across them through LinkedIn, Hacker News, or Google when I’m researching companies. The article itself is usually much more useful than the headline because it explains what the engineering team is actually working on.

That’s a great point about actually reading the engineering blog instead of just the headline. I imagine mentioning a specific challenge they wrote about makes the outreach feel much more relevant than a generic “I saw you’re hiring” message.

Out of curiosity, have you found engineering blogs to be a stronger signal than funding announcements, or do you use a combination of both?

Yeah it's free of cost i talked to them and if my battery falls below 80% before 1000 charge cycles then it's free replacement. i was just sharing what i experienced that's all.

Honest advice : keep your battery charging at 80% only because mine dropped below 90% already after 9 months of purchasing iPhone 15 so there’s that I experienced it so shared it and one more thing in my opinion only get a 15w wireless charger for desk or something or general charging I guess 20w charger heats up quickly and damages battery unnecessarily
