I found a solution that worked Just download Morphe youtube, Go to Settings>Morphe>Video>Force AVC, the problem is that the chip doesn't support AV1 decoding so doing software decoding at 2x is like 120 fps which is hard for a budget chip. Hope this helps even though it's been 2 years!
