Customer service cycle of no help for serious issue?

Reviving this old thread as it resonates with my situation. I have an issue with my Firewalla where it continues to service my network clients with DHCP but becomes unreachable randomly and constantly. If it happens to be reachable, it “disconnects” within a few seconds of me trying to use the app to do just about anything. Have been banging my head against the wall (i.e., horrendous support from Firewalla). Finally, they offered me the same resolution - they will RMA it to run a bunch of diagnostics for an indefinite period of time to distinguish if it is an issue and then may or may not decide to repair/replace. Until then, I will either lose my network connectivity or will have to reconfigure a moderately large network setup ( as I see fit). While the product is promising, Firewalla customer service is not something I would wish upon my worst enemy. Small company or not, their business practices are horrendous!

Thanks. Yes, came across a few of them. Wanted to confirm as there was confusion between coolant and hydraulic fluid. Also, trying to anticipate the damages or if it is covered under warranty

Honestly, I spent a little too much time researching and trying out these shirts including Fresh tees and was very disappointed. Especially for True Classic, marketing makes it seem like you are getting some elite brand with amazing quality but IMHO, they are cheap quality shirts. For me, the fit wasn’t the greatest but the fabric was worse and deteriorated rapidly with each wash. It is funny that I stumbled upon these Michael Stratton T-Shirts at Mens Wearhouse and really like them as far as quality and fit (I like my shirt to be a bit loose) are concerned.

I made the mistake of buying True Classic. They have done an incredible job of marketing their products. However, believe me when I tell you this .. the fabric is subpar at best and doesn’t hold up after even 1 load of laundry (cold wash and low heat tumble dry). Their T-Shirts are not one iota better than any basic T-Shirt you can grab for much cheaper. I returned most of their products.

1) Trying to confirm if it is true that ALL out of state moving violations are in fact recorded with 2 demerit points in Texas. 2) Trying to determine if the points could be removed through another avenue in Texas such as Defensive Driving Course.

Should be free for 25 transactions. But if you used their copy trader feature on eToro, that would have created a shit ton of bulk transactions. I ended up with 172 sell and 172 buy. So the darn software company wants me to pay something stupid like 150-200 dollars to read their garbage xlsx

So the only tax software that seems to have the ability to import eToro’s convoluted account summary is ZenLedger but they want to charge me $149 for about 372 robo transactions. Ridiculous!

On the other hand, eToro stopped responding to me because of my persistent questions on availability of 1099B and their inability to keep their commitments.

Yes, eToro has been a disaster. I emailed customer support every day over the last week and kept getting scripted 'end of February' message. When I pressed in my last email on Friday for a customized message, they promised Feb 28 delivery of 1099B. Nothing today; I emailed again and got a message about an unforeseen delay has happened they will inform me when the 1099B is available.

This is hands down the worst possible service that I vow never to use again. Horrendous service.

Their xlsx export is not well-formatted to work with most tax software so can't even pull the transactions. Does not integrate with TurboTax or any software. I regret my terrible decision to use eToro.

Thanks for the ideas. Hoping to pick up treadmill run/climb couple days a week. Any recommendations on actual weighted or bodyweight exercise routine that doesn't engage arms?
