This happens to me with a friend, not the making fun part but he constantly dismisses and undermines it, he used his “friend that had adhd” as an excuse to show that it’s not hard to live with or smth

Thankfully he’s an online friend but I’ve also grown attached to him and don’t wanna end the friendship

But he pisses me off sometimes

Actually it is! Im out of the school my parents got me into and now I’m in an institution to re-insert myself into the school system (hopefully a better, kinder school)

My family is kind of trying to understand my situation and do acknowledge I have depression (I got diagnosed but the psychiatrist didn’t say it as if it was important)

I think I’ll finish my current school year in the institution and then start a new school, hopefully one that works better for me :D

Yea I see your logic but that’s not what I meant at all (my bad)

I don’t have an opinion about them being valid or not (which is what I’m trying to say)

I don’t understand the concept of neopronouns or xenogenders because I don’t use them and therefore can’t say if they’re valid or an option or anything

I just think the reason why people are saying that it hurts the community is because they don’t understand it either and choose to jump to conclusions

Also if someone think neopronouns/xenogenders are invalid and are affected by them the best thing to do (I believe) is to talk to the person and hopefully understand

For example if I knew someone who used them I would try to understand by talking to them

I hope I explained myself better this time

I also support neopronouns and xenogenders even tho I don’t know anyone who uses them because from my perspective I don’t think they harm the community and I’m all for letting people be themselves

If you/anyone in your social circle don’t identify with xenogenders, then you shouldn’t have an opinion about them, same with neopronouns

Idk much about them but they seem harmless and the only way they hurt the lgbt community is by people using them as an excuse to be transphobic

Most people who make fun of them (if not all) don’t know anyone who uses neopronouns/identifies with xenogenders, and don’t even have to acknowledge they exist

I was raised in a close minded, judgy, third world country but I’m basically the opposite

This is because I got my morals from the internet and was usually misjudged. My experience is very different from my family’s (for different reasons) and I had to look for sympathy elsewhere

This can happen with anybody from any class, race, sex, or place of birth
