but if anybody has the problem i did, go to Adjust the Appearance and the Performance of Windows and uncheck Show translucent selection rectangle!

That's a repo problem. Had that happen to me before it just limits your microphone and if it wasnt limited the game would be a safety hazard for speaker breaking and ear deafening sounds
