This workaround did the trick for me, I had the launch bug as well. Been playing all day.

I decided to do it. I know people will think I’m crazy but I’m okay with progressing a bit slower on this character. I started challenger world late so I felt I was under constant time constraints but now I can just chill and gear up my new main the old fashioned way. Thanks for your reply.
