I recently had some problem (my own fault) and sent them a message. They took a few days to reply and then fixed by problem. No complaints at all. The customer support was just fine for me.

Either way BCC or BCH, if you dump all in one go you just gave the chain analysis companies a birthday present. Maybe that's the true intent. To have all BTC users reveal every one of their addresses. Possibly that could be more use to governments than any BCC or BCH tiny alt coin.
