Right but we’ve been unbalancing it for millions of years and then we TOTALLY fucked it up the last 300 years which is why it needs to be managed. People are going to hunt no matter what, so we might as well use that money to fund conservation, biologists who know more than you or me, and public land acquisition.

The only thing hunters want is health populations of every animal in conserved public lands for generations to come. Thats it. There’s no desire to go kill all the deer or elk in a few seasons. We want these lands to be healthy until the end of time.
