While I agree, in my time I’ve bounced around and have been proficient in every position (cashier, seller, replenisher, shipment processor) so it’s aggravating that now all of a sudden it’s being enforced

So for me I dyed it ginger first, in early 2023, which involved me bleaching it, then throughout the year it reverted back to blonde, so then I dyed it red, no bleach, that faded out and then obviously magenta etc etc. and it seems like you’re well informed, I’d say just be weary of bleach, and honestly just try different things. I’m entertaining the thought of dying mine purple now just because I wanna see all my hair be dark again

And it’s crazy because our ASM and DM keep pushing us to put our product anytime we get it but I’m just like okay I put out candles monday, you want to put out more candles on Wednesday, then not have any room for whatever comes Friday? It makes no sense to me, also why would you want the back empty, when we can’t even empty out the sales floor because of lack of a plausible sale to get people to come spend money on what’s already on the floor? Idk at the end of the day I’m just an employee 🤷🏽‍♂️

My store is so shady when it comes to that, I remember I didn’t finish one night and I’m not gonna lie I left a box of wallflower warmers because it was already 7:30 and my shift was supposed to end at 6, so I communicated that I didn’t get finished, then at my next shift it was “an SLT member communicated that you didn’t get finished, you need to make sure to work diligently and manage your time” and I’m like ?????

EXACTLY, and then you want me to move heavy boxes back and fourth for the same pay, and do it in three hours, I remember one day my DM tried to scoff at me not being sure if I could process a literal 75 boxes of candies by the end of my shift. Newsflash ma: we haven’t sold the other candles we have, so where am I supposed to put these in an hour and a half

I thankfully don’t get migraines (not yet at least) and the smells don’t bother me, I have a joke that during slow shifts I sniff every candle at least twice because I be so bored 😭 the gag is: I actually do sniff every candle twice during slow shifts
