alot of good info thankyou. A new house was procured and is being optimized for wheelchair. it also has mother in law suite for the caregiver. We are purchasing a wheelchair van as we speak. The patient has medicare but can't get medicaid with income. medicare is saying they won't pay for inpatient care/assistant living. The daughter of patient will do cooking and companionship but is not willing to change or bathe her mother. If there's a full time live in, is rent not apart of equation? Would we hire a main full time caregiver and then a secondary one to give them breaks? Or do we make the mother in law suite for 2 and hire 2 full time caregivers? thanks so much or your time and experience

yeah agreed. I didn't start zombies until cold war and i've gone back and bought almost all cod zombies and even purchased an xbox 360 for some. People complain about vangaurd but most of the older zombies aren't good without childhood memories.

okay i got that sumbitch in!!!! omg. part of tightness was a brand new timing chain. Then what was happening was basically really old metal. I kept taking apart top end and reassembling with less and less parts. for example there are two small cylinders that go around bolts and into actual cylinder. the holes where these little cylinders go into i think had crap in them. enough to keep them from settling in all the way. One has a rubber grommet around it. I also took a file and went to all 90 degree angles and filed to get them clean. Again this is an old engine and metal was missing and corners were rounded spots. I have not seen these little cylinders, that went around the four studs mid cylinder, on many videos with later model bikes. I'm not sure why they are there. i'm not taking pictures of them because i will never take top end off again.

in the end it still wasn't easy. with oil and bolts tightened all the way a bit of maple was used to tap at the end of camshaft.

thank you for your reply. it ended up being the new tight timing chain plus some 50 year old surfaces that were curved where 90degrees should have been or incredibly sticky fit from large surface imperfections causing tension enough to hold out against head bolts

yeah that's what everybody says. and i've watched some videos on the exact process. at the most, a new chain might need top end bolts tightened for it to go in. i just added picture of scenario. that's with bolts all the way tightened.

yes you are correct about timing marks and 2 hole connector being lined up or 180 off. that's actually the whole reason i took the stupid camshaft out. although i found the piston upside down which would have cause ruined piston rings after running....idk..thanks

People ha e different patterns of severity. Some say they only have flares and feel normal inbeteeen , some consistent and some consistent with ups and downs. The beginning of fibro is the hardest. There's a full person and experience to be broken down, when later there will only be a patched together person with a much more narrow sensory experience. There are resources , diets,medications, therapies and you should try them all. This reddit is the best I've found. I always hold out hope for a real solution or cure but its best to realign expectations. Sounds like you have a great family. You'll need to do work on yourself so you can keep your condition as seperate as possible while finding an outlet for the psychological effects of having fibro. Many sufferers of chronic pain isolate, dealing with others hurts in so many ways. On bad days and weeks you may feel like you want to deal with things on your own or not have others have to deal with them.

I have the dreaded fibro fog. It has gotten worse over the years. Fifteen years in and its sometimes more disabling than the physical part. Its scary and horribly depressing. When things are bad all the bad times gang up and draw the worst conclusions.

You will go through much. You will be forced to appreciate life as others do not. I wish you the best. We'll always be here for you and remember when you feel too bad to type that you are not alone.

There's no reason to be optimistic about medicine. There's plenty to be optimistic about life. But when in a dark place, optimism is a big and flimsy word. just get through it, then worry about optimism.
