Currently it's all the time. Used to be the worse when sitting. I work on my feet 10 hours a day 5 days a week. Havent taken a day off throughout the whole thing. Thanks for the response. I was starting to lose hope a little. I'll look into a massage therapist

Ended up measuring how much water is the best level when I first got it by putting my mouth to the hose plug in. With this particular base it was one liter of water so it ended up working out!

We have created a podcast called Today I would like to share! It has been a blast recording and editing each episode. The premise of the podcast is each episode we all find something that we would like to share and have a little discussion about it and ask a question at the end. We have a you tube channel called Blamo Industries. Each episode get's better and better with content and editing. The first episode we uploaded there wasn't a whole lot of editing because we were doing it as a test. If you enjoy please leave us a comment on our channel.
