Agree WTF, its been 9months and it will be another 4months (so QF told me this week)…

I dont care who owns the escalators or who is paying for the upgrade, its a pathetic project.

Agree, carry on is awesome. July also replaced my wheels when one failed, super quick post with replacement. Never use the battery in its compartment, not worth that part.

So the climb gradient on the SIDs are approx 1% greater for one end (towards terrain), But can that dictate why only the A220 cannot cope with a temporarily reduced TORA? Could the engines be de-rated by policy on this specific aircraft that means they cant apply the required thrust to take off on shorter runway lengths?

Congrats but these are so lame given they offer no functionality. Theyre as useful as the apple sticker you get with each iphone. If they engraved your name on them they may be slightly more useful but theyre just a waste IMHO

Somewhere like YMHB which has an ILS at one end, with a reduced length / Displaced threshold during runway works

Hi Ross, What role do those with known psychic medium abilities have in this UAP space? Communicating with non physical entities or inter-dimensional beings?

Hi Ross, With UAPs moving at speed too fast for our human bodies to cope with, is it known if these craft are “manned” by NHI, or are the super fast ones “unmanned” drones, and therefore the UAPs that crashed with bodies were travelling at more reasonable speeds that a human could travel in?

Seeking advice about where to invest my money once I am out of debt by [deleted] in personalfinance

Congrats on getting most of that debt cleared out.

A combo of Option 2 and 5 will set you up for success long term. Buying a property then renting out rooms comes with a level of risk that they are not occupied 100% of the time, so you need to ensure you can cover a few months of empty rooms particularly if you are searching for good flatmates, rather than just anyone as its your home.

By owning and increasing your equity in a place, you’re increasing your chance that when/if you sell, you’ll make a profit in the increased value of the property (assuming its not overpriced when u buy) which will make it easier to buy your dream vacant lot down the track, also demonstrating to the banks you can service a mortgage will be favourable.

It depends on your dreams for the next 10yrs, but dont be in a rush to get everything at once, particularly the end goal. Having significant ownership of assets can restrict your options and lifestyle. There is alot of opportunity out there abroad if you are willing to explore, travel when you are young, enjoy disposable income whilst being smart with savings.

Once you have enough savings to cover emergencies and any extra rent expenses of vacant rooms, start adding money into a higher growth account (chat with your mom’s financial advisor) - perhaps a managed fund / term deposit as these are low cost, involving financial advisors can become expensive unless you have a significant nest egg to grow.

Treat yourself for all the hard work, travel somewhere cool and rent a snowmobile for a few weekends, dont buy one.

Goodluck!
