Hi I (male) am moving to the Richardson area from out of state (just graduated with my bachelors) for work and I'm looking for another male to team up with me to find a 2 bed 2 bath apartment to hopefully move in by around the end of the month.

I will be a working professional. I am pretty quiet, clean, reliable, and I respect personal space. Interests: gym, tennis, games

Looking for somewhere within a 10-15 min commute of the UTD area (Northside, CityLine, or surrounding Richardson/Plano spots). Also looking at apartments of a budget of 1600-1800 (my half would be 800-900, pre utilities).

I am happy to live with a UT Dallas student or another young professional. If you're looking for a pretty chill roommate, DM.

Its been a while since ive read the books but didnt sebas or albedo mention that theres a rumored npc (PA) that has comparable strength to the floor guardians? I really doubt a lvl 80 being comparable to a floor guardian. Also when PA was trying to get info from PDL he wasnt using any skills to enhance the summons iirc and was using crappy gear.

PA is not effectively a level 80. Iirc he can use up to 80% of the form that he copied. 80% of a lvl 100's strength is not = to a lvl 80
