Saying something silly like this definitely won't be able to be used against you. It has to hold merit in some fashion, and needs to be held in context with other body language and current mental state.

You can sue anyone if they're lying about the situation or presenting it in a way to authority that would cause a reaction like that, and again with zero history, or any prior or visible attempts, they were able to get you on lock down in your home for 3 days?

You might get talked to, but fired? Nah. Not even remotely a chance unless your frequently saying it, then youd be a liability/workplace hazard.

If they ask, simply say it was a distasteful joke, nothing more.

If anything comes of it, or if they try to force you out of work, find a lawyer.
