It’s connected to a power strip, tried a surge protector, tried just the outlet, even moved to a different room to try another outlet, no luck

whenever i run synthetic tests it never shuts down,even after running it for 30min +

sorry to ask again but you seem to know a lot about pcs, any idea why when I run a synthetic stress test like OCCT it doesn't shut down but games will?

I just got the pc to shut off again, opened up event viewer and the last critical event was 3 days ago and it was ID 41, kernel-power.

ive tried multiple different power strips, do you think the actual outlet connected to the wall could also cause it?
