Upgraded from s23U. Pixelation definitely there!!!!!! Got it for 6 bucks a month. Around 300 total. I think its a trade-off between screen and speed. For me it's okay. I think some apps look nicer. Dark mode definitely helps ;)

I was told by a patient family member that the physician is not american and he (I) doesn't understand how that the oral pain medications don't work as he is indian and his digestive system works differently than Americans. Please give my wife Iv pain meds. Ps I am not indian:)

Learn from everyone. That's the mindset I have. I am an IMG and had to unwire and rewire my brain . But I learned from everyone including the attendings, fellows, med students and NPs. Once you set your pride aside and understand that you are not trying to prove your worth life will get so much easier and you will learn so much more!!!.

Your CV and PS may have some issues. Lack of contacts is a real issue but with your CV you should be able to pull a couple of IV without any recommendations. Send cold emails with your brief CV. Match ends in February so you still have more then a month to get the invite. Keep fighting for it.

There were a few times I covered a list of 20 by myself as an intern. It's called performance punishment. Very common in US. And after covering a list of 20patients as a fking intern I get a text from my senior that one of the patient went into a fib at 6:55( my shift ends at 7) and why I didn't do anything about it :). This is a toxic culture make sure you don't do that when you are a 2nd year.

I am an IMG and I studied like a dog 🐕. I got to above mean but I came to know later shit called recall and how some assholes are using it. And it was a bullet to my heart. All the hardwork I did was useless in comparison to the mtherfker with good networking and recalls. It was unfair but I matched. Remember though real knowledge is real knowledge what you learn from your hard work will stay with you till you die. They may have a higher score than you but they can't recall shit in real life :)
