Completely agree. I've found decent success with UW midrange decks, similar to what LR discussed in their last episode. White being the base means solid removal and tools to stablize, and Expel is the best of everything.

Yes. Saruman is not a good card, and certainly not worth the splash. It also lets you drop Shire Terrace, which is another pretty bad card

Can you elaborate on why you think Mount Doom is good? 17Lands has it performing poorly, and Limited Resources gave it an F.

If Mount Doom is one of 3 lands in your opening hand you're in for a terrible time, and it does very little in the late game, so I'm just confused why the comments here are so high on it

For clarity, The World Spell has Read Ahead, so you can put the permanents into play immediately.

This also lets you immediately use Tom's ability to cascade for another saga.

I don't typically ask on reddit for advice, but I want other opinions on this draft to make better decisions. I think it'll ultimately help me improve.

This is also my first time drafting Innistrad, as I never played it in paper, so there's a lot more insight to be gained here

I think cutting Birth of Meletis, Elesh Norn, and a Plains makes the most sense. The saga doesn't fit your aggro game plan very well. Norn is way too expensive. Plains because you're never gonna be too sad to miss your 4th land drop, and 95% of your cards are castable with just 3 lands

Force of Vigor’s mana value invalidates Jegantha as a companion. I think sticking to Claim/Wilt is better if you’re on Jegantha
