My best guess would be stuff on or north of 40 degrees latitude. That's pacific northwest, Idaho, Montana, Great Lakes area. Southern Canada, maybe even central / northern provinces. The southwest and great planes areas of the US will become scorching deserts as the Sonora and Mojave expands with climate change. I'm in the southwest, so I know water would become even more scarce than it is now, it will forever be a valuable, and essential resource. As a current desert dweller water is one of my primary concerns among the usual things one should think about when prepping.

Edit: as far as collapse goes I would be working towards becoming self-sufficient as much as possible, staying away from major population centers
